Questions

What are the check-in and check-out times of the guesthouse?

Check in time is between 14:00 and 22:00 and check out time is 11:00. 

 

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?

Generally no, however in some circumstances it may be possible. A decision will be made on the day in question

I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?

Yes you can, we accept all major debit cards. 

What types of credit card do you accept?

MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express are all accepted. 

Can I book by telephone or email?

Unfortunately, we do not take bookings by telephone or email. If you need assistance please email info@portraitguesthouse.com 

Are taxes included in the room rates?

All taxes are included in the price. 

Do I pay a reservation fee?

No, we don’t have a reservation fee, you pay the cost of the entire booking. 

Are the rates on your website per person or per room?

The rates are per room, unless stated differently. 

 

We have two small children; can we get extra beds in the room?

Unfortunately, that would not be possible. You may bring your own baby sleeper to use, but generally, you would have to book a separate room. 

 

Can I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel your reservation or send us a request for a modification by sending us an email. It is free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking and 50% cancellation fees up to 24 hours 

 

Is breakfast included in the price?

Breakfast is not included, however, there will be cereals, breads tea & coffee. 

Are there parking facilities available?

There is paid street parking available. 

 

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow any pets. However if you have an assistance animal please contact us.
